Our agricultural processing kitchen highlights what’s grown on the farm through a dynamic menu that changes day to day. The collaboration between farmer and chef lets us tell the story of the season - it’s a constant dialogue and an exciting challenge. The Beetlebung kitchen crew discovers delicious uses for the whole veg - including the sometimes undervalued parts - reducing waste at every stage.
Our kitchen’s resourcefulness and creativity means our community is able to enjoy truly seasonal and local food. Our ingredient-driven culinary approach encourages home cooks to experiment with their own Island bounties.
