Our agricultural processing kitchen allows us to use the full harvest - transforming peak-season produce, preserving abundance, and finding purpose for parts of the plant often overlooked. The result is food that is both resourceful and deeply expressive.

The collaboration between our farmers and kitchen team allows us to tell the story of the season through a menu that changes day to day. Responding to the rhythms of the farm, each offering is shaped by what’s ready, what’s abundant, and what needs to be used. It’s a constant dialogue - an ongoing creative challenge and joy - to reflect the farm through our kitchen offerings.

In this way, the kitchen is in service to both the farm and the community. It supports the farm by creating meaningful uses for the whole harvest, while feeding family and friends - grounded in healthy soils, seasonal ingredients, and delicious nourishment.
