Baking delicious, healthy, whole grain bread at home doesn't need to be difficult or mysterious. This demonstration style class is tailored to home bakers ready to move beyond commercial yeast and produce bakery-quality, 100% whole grain bread in their own kitchen.

Our Head Baker and Miller, Matt, will focus on the fundamentals: grain and flour selection, starter care, understanding hydration, the effects of time and temperature, and shaping and scoring techniques. This is a practical, confidence-building class designed to help develop your baking intuition and knowledge.
