Our agricultural processing kitchen helps us support the farm: ensuring the most of our crops (even sometimes undervalued parts) are used, reducing waste at every stage, and encouraging people at home to get creative and do the same.
Choosing what to cook starts with a conversation between chef, farmer, and land. This collaboration lets us tell the story of the season - itβs a constant dialogue and an exciting challenge. The creativity and resourcefulness of our kitchen crew ensures that the Island community is able to enjoy truly seasonal and local food.
